Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data
We process your personal data with the utmost sensitivity. For this reason, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), which is in force to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms.
1. What is Personal Data?
Personal data is defined in the KVKK as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, your name, surname, e-mail address, and telephone number that you share with us are referred to as personal data.
2. What is the Purpose of Collecting Your Personal Data?
We collect and process your personal information to carry out our professional activities, manage processes, inform you about current developments and innovations, and fulfill our legal obligations.
3. To Whom and for What Purpose Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?
Your personal data may be shared with institutions and organizations within the country that we work with, represent us during the business relationship, or our business partners with whom we cooperate to carry out our activities. In addition, personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations.
4. How Do We Store Your Personal Data?
Your personal data shared with us is stored in accordance with relevant legal regulations, administrative and technical measures determined by the KVKK, and secondary regulations.
5. How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?
We store your personal data in accordance with the KVKK. According to Article 7/1 of the KVKK, when the purpose requiring processing no longer exists or the statute of limitations for which we are obliged to process your data under the legislation expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or continued to be used by anonymizing it.
6. What Are Your Rights Arising from the KVKK?
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us and request the following regarding your personal data:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,

To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To demand compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
We will conclude your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we would like to state that a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
